Shipping Information

USPS Ground Shipping: Takes approximately 3-8 business days
USPS Priority Shipping: Arrives in approximately 2-3 business days.
USPS Express Shipping: Arrives in approximately 1-2 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number and includes Shipping Insurance at no extra charge. This covers:

Physical loss or damage from external causes while in transit.
Theft protection upon delivery.

Your package is covered on a per-shipment basis for peace of mind.

International Shipping

We’re excited to share our jewelry worldwide so you and your besties can keep your bond close, no matter the distance.

Standard International Shipping: Arrives in approximately 6–18 business days depending on the destination.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard international shipping on orders over $120 (currency equivalent in your region).
Tracking & Insurance: All international orders include tracking

Returns Policy

We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. However, we understand that things don’t always go as expected. Here’s what you need to know about our return policies:

Custom or Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of engraved and custom items, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all details (names, dates, and symbols) when placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return window.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@pawbesties.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and you’ll have 7 days to send the item back.

Please note:

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original condition and packaging.

Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products. All items come with a 60-day warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If you notice a defect, just reach out to us at hello@pawbesties.com, and we’ll make it right.
