• USPS Ground Shipping: Takes approximately 3-5 business days after your order has been crafted.
• USPS Priority Shipping: Arrives in approximately 1-3 business days.
• USPS Express Shipping: Arrives in approximately 1-2 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number and includes Shipping Insurance at no extra charge. This covers:

• Physical loss or damage from external causes while in transit.
• Theft protection upon delivery.

Returns Policy

We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. However, we understand that things don’t always go as expected. Here’s what you need to know about our return policies:

Custom or Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of engraved and custom items, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all details (names, dates, and symbols) when placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return window.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@pawbesties.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and you’ll have 7 days to send the item back.

Please note:

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original condition and packaging.

Warranty
