Shipping Information
- USPS Ground Shipping: Takes approximately 3-5 business days after your order has been crafted.
- USPS Priority Shipping: Arrives in approximately 1-3 business days.
- USPS Express Shipping: Arrives in approximately 1-2 business days.
All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number and includes Shipping Insurance at no extra charge. This covers:
- Physical loss or damage from external causes while in transit.
- Theft protection upon delivery.

Custom or Personalized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of engraved and custom items, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all details (names, dates, and symbols) when placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return window.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@pawbesties.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and you’ll have 7 days to send the item back.
Please note:
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original condition and packaging.
Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. All items come with a 60-day warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If you notice a defect, just reach out to us at hello@pawbesties.com, and we’ll make it right.
